Application for the "Get Your Act Together" Burlesque Training Course with Gertie. The spring 2026 course sold out in 18 hours! This time around we are trying an application process to allow for a little more space to consider and plan. However, there is a cap on the number of submissions that will be accepted.


This course is open to all abilities, ages (21+), and genders.


Please put effort into your responses. Ideal applicants will express a curiosity and passion for burlesque as well as a willingness to dive into creative practices and mindset work through the frame of burlesque. Do not apply if you have scheduling conflicts with the dates and times below. Only 1 excused absence is allowed. If you have questions, please reach out workshops@gertiegarnet.com

I am available to attend the weekly in-person classes on the following dates from 4:00 - 5:30pm: September 20, 27. October 4, 11, 18, 25. November 8. November 15 4:00-6:00pm. *I know that I am only allowed 1 absence in order to perform in the showcase.

Because of the limited space and nature of this course there will be NO REFUNDS offered. In the case of a catastrophic life event that makes continuing the course impossible, a partial refund may be offered at Gertie's discretion.

Pay in full by September 1, 2026

$25 Discount: $625


Payment plan: $325 to hold your spot. $325 due by September 15, 2026.

If you are selected for the program, an invitation email and an invoice will be sent to the email you provide. Failure to pay by the invoice due date will dis-enroll you from the course.
